Hello

I’m Hannah

A curious creative & lifelong learner.

I’m usually running late, buying books, curating, questioning, writing or reflecting.

When seeking to ‘fix’ the parts of me that didn’t fit

I fell upon Human Design

I found context, insights & clarity that i could not Un-See.

I realised, I was never broken.

Navigating my own complicated family dynamics shaped my life, my relationships and mis-shaped my sense of self for decades.

I fumbled my way, perpetually confused, quietly trying to sort the many un-fitting bits of me into the shape of a grown-up human who makes sense.

Embracing creativity, a need to research, accepting my energy and building in time to rest, reflect and resource myself different shifted everything in my world.

I’m naturally expansive.
Exploring and reframing neurodivergence, though human design, meant leaning in to the tension as part of my process, it has been life changing, personally and professionally.

My therapeutic & Trauma Educated Coach & Mentorship work is a fusion of this love of learning and lived experiences.

Experimenting in real life, with whole-person parenting and values-driven living created a new foundation means that our human needs are at the core of all our relationships.

Prioritising safety, building trust and upholding a space to be seen, in full colour, without fear
means you can explore your own evolution, unapologetically.

I will meet you where you are, at the pace you need.

I celebrate complexity, creativity and possibility, it’s whole-human, diversity and neuro-diversity affirming energy.

Trust & recognition and safety, for us both, your experiences & real life is something I take seriously and value immensely.

If it’s important to you, please know I have formal coaching education:
a diploma in Therapeutic Coaching, including specific trauma education, an ICF Certified Professional Coaching Diploma, as well as formal training and education in Human Design

….Unsurprisingly however, it must be said, as a 3rd Line, I’ve learned more by living it than learning it… ;)

“Hannah supported my family immensely with her guidance and expertise related to raising my neurodivergent child.

I am incredibly grateful for her approach [which] incorporates her education as well as lived experiences.”

“Hannah’s openness and the ability to hold wide(r) context have helped me work through some of the family issues I’ve been experiencing - both as a daughter and a parent. Her interest in family dynamics and the vast knowledge she has about generational values and patterns have been an important piece of puzzle for my self-understanding.”

She is able to recognise the nuances in me and draw my attention to how my thinking around certain issues has evolved. Often our sessions feel like it was the first time in weeks that I’ve had a chance to come back to myself - and breathe.
